All our consultants are certified in the respective fields; Project Management Consultants are Project Management Professionals (PMPs) certified through the Project Management Institute, Business Analysis Consultants are Certified Business Analysis Professionals (CBAPs) certified through the International Institute of Business Analysis, Agile Coaches are Agile Certified Practitioners (PMI-ACP) certified through Project Management Institute, Scrum Masters are Professional Scrum Masters (PSMs) certified through scrum.org, and Process Improvement Consultants are certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. All Senior Consultants receive continuing education on the latest project management technologies, software, and best practices.
