To improve the use of soft skills by project managers, we offer one-on-one coaching and training programs facilitated by our experienced senior consultants.

We have found that to deliver impactful coaching is not one-size-fits-all. The coaching and training program can vary significantly from client to client depending on their style, openness, and competency. Our personalized approach encourages each client to think more critically about the challenges and issues in their projects, and how to best address them and mitigate the risks.

Our personalized fast-track business analysis training offers a unique and accelerated training with our experienced instructors who combine relevant practical business analysis experience to deliver value to our students. The Fast track training is targeted towards those seeking an accelerated entry into the Business Analysis profession. The personalized course delivery allows for greater interactions with our seasoned instructors in a one-on-one setting.
